DAPO AMOSUN, FOUNDER AND CEO

Dapo Amosun is an experienced businessman with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare and real estate industries. He is the founder and CEO of Dabosta Group, where he has positively impacted many companies over the past two decades through his strong leadership, entrepreneurialism, and business acumen. Dapo is a visionary who always strives to achieve personal and professional excellence and is not afraid to overcome organizational constraints to achieve success.

Dapo’s strengths lie in his ability to understand a business organization quickly and develop sustainable relationships with clients and associates by providing superior service and optimal solutions. He has excellent business development skills and is known for his focus on relationships and project management. With his vast experience in domestic and global markets and brand awareness, Dapo would be a valuable asset to the Dabosta group.

Dapo received his Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Washington University in 1988 and completed Executive Education at the University of Washington in 2010.

As an Executive Owner, Abimbola has years of experience in agriculture and livestock care. She spends her free time studying the art of farming to ensure the best possible outcomes for Dabosta Farms. Abimbola has been trained and educated to design and implement farming systems that efficiently manage the farm staff and current farming practices at Dabosta. She is known for her practical communication skills and realistic optimism, which help her build relationships with clients and staff. Abimbola cares for every individual at every rank, and she can be trusted to listen to and understand their needs. She is committed to ensuring the most ethical and honest business practices at Dabosta.

MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER

My wife and I are the executive owners of Dabosta Farms, and we are incredibly excited to bring our long-awaited farming projects in Nigeria to life. Our goal at Dabosta is to create a fully indigenous holding company involved in agro-allied businesses that produce agricultural products meeting local and ISO standards, thereby achieving total value chain addition. This initiative presents a significant opportunity to address one of the nation’s biggest challenges: poverty alleviation. We firmly believe this effort cannot rest solely on the government but must be pursued in partnership with corporations.

Operating a commercial farming business in Nigeria presents numerous challenges, but we are determined to face them with focus, passion, and readiness. Our long-term objective is to give back to our community by promoting sustainable business practices, supporting the local economy, and creating employment opportunities while providing financial assistance to local small businesses. We aim to establish conditions for long-term profitability and value creation for the company while making Dabosta Farms a safe and attractive workplace for our employees.
