Company Overview

Established in 2017, Dabosta Farm Enterprises and Dabosta Agro-Industries, Ltd is licensed and a private registered agro- allied company that is owned by Oladapo and Abimbola Amosun and it is based in Afon, Kwara State- Nigeria. We have played a crucial part in doing our detailed market research and feasibility studies and we have secured over 1500 (One Thousand Five Hundred) acres of land to start our commercial farming business.

Our commercial farming will be integrated, consisting of Commercial Crop cultivation, Commercial livestock farming, Commercial cash crop Plantation, Commercial food processing production, and, of course, Farm Tourism. We will be involved in both organic and non-organic commercial farming. Aside from the fact that we’ve secured the required farming land and most of the farming equipment and machines, we have also hired some key employees who are currently undergoing training to fit into the ideal picture of the 21st-century commercial farm workforce we want to build.

We are in the Agro-allied business because we want to leverage the vast opportunities available in the industry to contribute our quota in growing the Nigerian economy, in national food production, raw materials production for industries, exporting agricultural produce from Nigeria to other countries, and over and above to make a profit.

Dabosta Agro-Industries, Ltd is well positioned to become one of the leading commercial farms in Nigeria, which is why we are going to source the best hands and machines to run the company. We will put processes and strategies in place to help us employ best practices in commercial farming and food processing as the Nigerian regulating bodies mandated.

 OUR HISTORY:

Dapo and Abimbola Amosun are the executive owners of Dabosta Farms. The company was officially launched in 2017 after many years of contemplation. The owners, having resided in the United States of America for almost 40 years, are incredibly excited to finally bring this long overdue idea of a commercial farming project in Nigeria into reality. The overall goal at Dabosta is to create a wholly indigenous holding company involved in agro-allied business that will achieve total value chain addition by producing agro-allied products meeting local and ISO standards.

Dapo and Bola’s primary goal is to help the state government promote its economic growth plan through job creation and business localization, two of the critical components of Nigeria’s Vision 2020 economic transformation blueprint.

Social responsibility is a significant part of Dapo and Abimbola’s vision, and they are committed to making Dabosta a socially responsible company that gives back to the community. They plan to take a proactive approach by promoting sustainable business practices and supporting the local economy, which is one of the reasons they have decided to invest in Nigeria. They aim to revitalize the community in which they operate by providing financial support, creating employment opportunities, and supporting local small businesses. Additionally, they want to create a safe and attractive work environment for their employees, ensure long-term profitability and value creation, and offer quality products to their customers. They are excited about the future at Dabosta.
